Texas Treasure Map helps you find estate sales and plan the drive between them. These terms cover the website at texastreasuremap.com, the Texas Treasure Map app, and our MCP server for AI assistants. By using any of them, you agree to these terms.

It's free

Texas Treasure Map is free to use. There are no accounts, no subscriptions, and nothing to buy from us.

Sale details come from the companies running them

Estate sale listings, including dates, hours, addresses and what a sale offers, come from the companies that run each sale. Companies change hours, move dates and cancel sales, sometimes at the last minute. We show what we have as it was listed and can't promise it's complete or current. Check with the company before you go, especially for a long drive.

We don't run estate sales, and we aren't a party to anything you buy at one. Questions about an item, a price or a purchase go to the company running the sale.

Routes and directions

Routes put sales in a suggested order. They aren't a guarantee of drive times, road conditions or that a sale will be open when you arrive. Directions open in Apple Maps or Google Maps, whose own terms apply. Follow traffic laws and use your judgment on the road.

The MCP server and AI assistants

Our MCP server at mcp.texastreasuremap.com lets AI assistants look up sales and guides for you. It's for answering people's questions, not for copying our listings in bulk: requests are rate limited, and automated scraping or republishing of our data isn't allowed. An assistant's answer is its own wording, so check the sale page it links to for the latest details.

What we ask of you

• Don't try to break, overload or get around the limits of the site, app or server.
• Don't copy our listings, guides or design to run a competing service.
• Respect the homes you visit and the rules each sale sets.

Our content

The site's text, guides, maps and design belong to Texas Treasure Map. You're welcome to share links to any page.

No warranty

Texas Treasure Map is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses that come from using it, including a sale that was closed, moved or different from its listing.

Privacy

What we collect and why is in our privacy policy.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them. Using Texas Treasure Map after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
