Texas Treasure Map plans a driving route through the estate sales running near you in Dallas–Fort Worth. Pick a day, a starting point and a direction, and it works out the order and the timings.
Common questions
Why does a sale say "address not published yet"?
Some companies withhold the street address until the morning the sale opens, usually 6am on its first day. Until then only the city is known, so the sale is listed but cannot be routed to. It becomes routable on its own once the address appears.
Why is my route shorter than I expected?
Usually the direction. The route only fills up with sales running the way you pointed it. The route screen says so when that is what happened. Widen the direction by pinching the compass, or clear it to see everything.
Why are there no auctions?
On purpose. Online-only auctions have nowhere to drive to, and including them wastes a morning. The app plans in-person estate sales only.
The route skipped a sale I wanted.
Tap its jewel on the map and choose Add to route, or tap EDIT and draw a circle around it. A sale you add stays in, even if the route would not have chosen it.
How do I remove a stop?
Swipe it sideways in the route list and tap Drop. Dropped sales stay out when the route recalculates.
How current are the listings?
They refresh twice daily: early morning, before most people set out, and again mid-morning once the day's new addresses have been published.
Does it work outside Dallas–Fort Worth?
Not yet. Coverage is DFW and about ninety miles around it, which is as far as a day out realistically reaches. Other metros may follow.
Does it work without a signal?
Partly. The app keeps the last copy of the day's listings, so it still opens and shows your route where there are no bars. Recalculating a route needs a connection.

If a sale is in the wrong place or the timings look off, include the sale's name and the day you were planning. That is usually enough to find it.
